Jessica L. Peever was born and raised in Waterloo. She completed an undergraduate degree in Honours Legal Studies and Sociology at the University of Waterloo. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy before being called to the Michigan Bar in 2011. Upon successful completion of the requirements stipulated by the Law Society of Upper Canada, she was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in June 2012.
Jessica's practice focuses on real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends and recreational sports including yoga, volleyball, and snowboarding.
Richard A. Cooper was called to the bar in 1976. Prior to law school, he graduated from York University, where he majored in political science. He received his LL.B from Osgoode Hall and completed his articles at a large firm in Toronto. He moved to Kitchener in 1977, and has been proudly serving the Waterloo Region ever since.
Richard's practice focuses on real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. In addition to his practice, Richard publishes a weekly real estate law column in the Waterloo Region Record and is the winner of the Kitchener-Waterloo READERS SELECT AWARD for lawyers. He has also taught courses at Conestoga College and gives seminars at the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board. Richard's articles are available for download online.
In his spare time, Richard plays squash and exercises at the YMCA, bikes (to and from Hamilton), and spends time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Rothesay, New Brunswick, Chelsea Bianchin pursued a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies and minored in French at the University of Waterloo. Two years into her undergraduate degree, Chelsea was accepted into law school at the University of Leeds in England. While attending law school, Chelsea volunteered as a peer mentor and participated in the Corporate Social Responsibility project helping to develop the local communities.
Chelsea graduated with an honours Bachelor of Laws in 2012 and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2014 and immediately began developing her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Wills & Estates and Small Business Incorporations. Chelsea relocated to Ontario and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. With experience in multiple provinces and a variety of settings, Chelsea brings a new perspective to our firm.
Away from the office, Chelsea enjoys being physically active. As a former figure skater, she takes pleasure in coaching figure skating. Chelsea also enjoys reading and traveling and has traveled to over 25 countries across 3 continents.
